Francis Moon, Commercial Mortgage Broker

Francis joined MCommercial in October 2013 as Commercial Mortgage Broker. Francis is fully focused on originating, underwriting and completing new commercial mortgage transactions and has done deals across Canada. His main focus is construction financing for development projects, where he completed the largest transaction in 2017 in the MCommercial’s history. His other focus of area is CMHC insured multi-family loans for investors and property owners.

Francis has been a licensed mortgage professional since 2003. Francis has experience structuring many types of loan transactions including but not limited to high leverage, construction, syndication, term, owner occupied, para passu and mezzanine.

Francis has an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, where he majored in Computer Science.
